Clarinets
All of our clarinets come with upper and lower joint, bell, barrel, and functional case. We recommend that anyone purchasing a used clarinet obtain a new mouthpiece, ligature, and swab. Contact us with questions or to schedule an appointment to play test any of our instruments in stock.

Payment and shipping
Instruments will be shipped with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation via UPS or USPS upon receipt of payment. We can accept payments through Paypal, check, cashier's check, or money order, as long as the funds are US dollars. Please contact us if you plan to mail your payment so that we can hold the instrument for you until your payment is received.
Returns
Please inspect and test your instrument thoroughly when it arrives. If it is not as expected, or if you or your teacher does not approve the instrument, please contact us immediately and return the instrument and all of the accessories with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. All sales are final seven days after your receive the instrument.
One-year repair warranty terms
Any repairs that the instrument needs dute to normal playing conditions and wear & tear for one calendar year from the date of purchase will be completed free of charge by The Reedery. Repairs needed after that date will be charged at the normal shop rate. Shipping costs both ways are the customer's responsibility. Damage caused by accidents, falls, drops, the outdoors, fire, moisture, neglect, pets, children, automobiles, misuse, mishandling, etc. is not covered under the warranty. Any parts that become lost or damaged are not covered under the warranty. The customer will not be reimbursed for repairs completed by any third party. The Reedery reserves the right to void the warrany if repairs are attempted by the customer or by any third party.
